An opportunity has become available to join the vibrant and friendly front of house teams. We are looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent (GSA) who will work as part of our teams providing friendly and efficient service to all of OReillys guests. Immediate start is available Established, supportive and fun team environment Save money with subsidised meals & accommodation on site (if required) Join in with OReillys guided activities when youre not working A unique and beautiful work location About the role: The role will involve; Providing our guests with warm, friendly and efficient service from the moment they arrive, right through until the time of their departure Answering queries from our guests in a prompt, efficient and courteous way Processing financial transactions accurately Promote and up-sell OReillys facilities and experiences through strong product knowledge. Handling guest issues and complaints Answering Reservation inquiries What we look for: A minimum of 6 months experience in a hotel front of house environment is preferred, but sometimes experience isnt everything! Newbook PMS experience, but not essential Advanced knowledge of MS (Word, Excel and Outlook) Immaculate presentation and grooming Excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, in a fast paced and dynamic environment Demonstrated strong people skills A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a guest-oriented approach to problem solving Authentic and friendly disposition If you would like to join the OReillys Team please submit your application via the Apply button.
