Our team at Dentists in Dalby is expanding!We are looking for a Casual Dental Assistant and Reception to start Dec/Jan.Candidates must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays as required for this casual position.Employment DutiesChairside assisting and preparing the dental surgery before and after treatments.Sterilization and infection control procedures.Patient management: greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing patient recalls.Taking clinical photographs to record treatment progress.Providing posttreatment dental instructions to patients.Performing dental laboratory procedures.Digital scanning of patients.General administration, including EFTPOS & HICAPS payment processing.Reporting on practice activities as required.What We''re Looking ForAbility to learn quickly and adapt to new skills.Ability to work in a fastpaced clinical setting, both independently and as part of a team.Wellpresented, punctual, and reliable.Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.Cheerful, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.Highly motivated and passionate about patient care.Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.Ability to multitask and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.Must hold any valid work visa to work in Australia.How to ApplyIf you''re looking for a positive and energetic work environment where patient care is the top priority, we''d love to hear from you!Past experience in the dental field or reception work is looked at very favourably but if you don''t have any that''s ok!
