About the Role We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at our Strathpine clinic. This is a permanent parttime role, working Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). We understand the importance of balance, so we offer some flexibility with hours to help you manage work and life commitments. If you enjoy working in a busy clinic environment and take pride in supporting patients with care and professionalism, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients. Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency. Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone. Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy. Maintain a wellorganized and professional reception area. What Were Looking For 1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus). Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous. Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
