Lawrence RV is arguably Queensland''s fastest growing Caravan Dealership and with our constantly growing Service & Parts Centre at Burpengary we are looking to support our team with an additional customer service agent to bring our team to a total of five agents. This person would take on a broad yet shared role in assisting our customers with all their warranty and service enquiries including walkins and phone/email inquiries. You would assist your customers from start to finish which would involve working with them on their concerns, generating a claim, organising parts, meeting on drop off day, follow up of works and then invoicing and handover back to customer. Role Responsibilities Assist customers with Warranty & Service enquiries Liaise with customers, manufacturers and Service Department regarding warranty repairs throughout the repair process ensuring guidelines are adhered to Liaise with service technicians and foreman to answer customers technical questions and offsite diagnosing Take and process customer new service bookings Other administration duties as required Develop and maintain great relationships with customers Assist the service advisor role in general Contact customers before drop offs to confirm bookings and liaise during works to give updates Key Attributes Preferably a general knowledge of Caravans and Camper Trailers or a general mechanical aptitude is helpful but not essential. We can adjust the role to train a Junior applicant if suitable. Ability to follow general instructions and put them into practice Have great communication and customer service skills Strong work ethic and reliable attitude. Be selfmotivated with the initiative to work unsupervised. Neat, Tidy and Respectful appearance a must Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Highly developed computer skills with ability to work autonomously.
