In this fulltime role, you will be responsible for providing highquality maintenance and repair services to our valued customers. What youll be doing Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments and repairs on a wide range of vehicle makes and models Conducting scheduled services and maintenance procedures to manufacturer specifications Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues Providing exceptional customer service and advising clients on the best course of action Maintaining detailed records of work completed and parts used Mentoring and training junior technicians to develop their skills Ensuring a safe and organised work environment at all times What were looking for A minimum of 5 years experience as a qualified mechanic in the automotive industry Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical components Ability to work efficiently and independently, as well as collaboratively within a team Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively Relevant trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology A valid drivers licence and your own set of tools Willingness to work Saturdays What we offer Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development A friendly and collaborative team culture A modern, wellequipped workshop with the latest diagnostic tools and equipment About us Sunbury Tyre and Auto Pty Ltd is a leading provider of comprehensive automotive services in the local Sunbury community.
