In this pivotal role, youll be responsible for developing and evaluating new ideas that improve coating performance, meet regulatory requirements, and address unmet customer and market needs. You will initially work independently, with the opportunity to transition into a collaborative team environment, reporting to the Technical Manager.As a Senior Scientist, you will use your technical expertise in coatings technology to design and execute experiments, develop creative solutions, and help translate research into commercially viable products.
