In this fast-paced role, youll help ensure seamless P&C processes and contribute to improving the employee experience across genU. What youll do Provide timely and accurate support to employees and leaders on policies, systems and general P&C queries Support employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures Educate leaders on P&C self-service functionality and elevate complex issues as needed Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance P&C systems, processes and service delivery What youll bring Previous experience in a customer-focused P&C/HR support role Strong communication, problemsolving and organisational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality A positive, cando attitude with a commitment to exceptional customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly Tertiary qualifications in HR, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience), with experience in SuccessFactors or SAP highly regarded (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
