Member Experience Officer Heritage Bank Warwick & Stanthorpe Branches People''s Choice Credit Union Warwick QLD Member Experience Officer role with Heritage Bank; you will be the face of our business for members, delivering consistent high quality customer service. Parttime position supporting Heritage Bank Warwick & Stanthorpe Branches. Regular travel between the two locations is required. Flexible roster, minimum 15 hours per week, up to 32 hours per week. Initial 6 weeks training fulltime (38 hours per week Monday to Friday). We take great pride in giving our members the best experience we can, consistently, across everything we do. What you''ll be doing Assisting members with transactional needs and enquiries. Engaging in needsbased conversations to find the right solutions for members. Building relationships to help members achieve longterm financial goals. Educating members on how to utilise digital and mobile banking tools. Collaborating with the team to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications & Experience Looking for team members driven by positive customer outcomes. Must be a confident communicator with passion for helping people. Required: cash handling and reconciliation experience, digital savviness, ability to grasp new systems quickly. Previous customer service experience and banking experience highly regarded.
