Job Description Bring your creative chaos and arty magic to the residents at HammondCare Aged Care Home in Scone, including those living with dementia. Through simple but wonderfully meaningful art activities, youll help spark memories, connection, curiosity, and joy. Share your love of all things colourful, gluey, glittery, and delightfully messy as you support residents to create their own little masterpieces. With a huge stash of materials ready to go, youll have everything you need to paint, stick, splash, stitch, and laugh your way through some beautifully impactful moments. Your impact Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
