About the Role As the Gardener and Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the presentation and safety of the Two Wells facility. You will be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the sites external grounds and landscaped areas, ensuring all spaces surrounding the growing sheds, offices, loading bays, and other facilities are well maintained and visually appealing. While not directly involved in crop production, this position provides vital support by creating a safe, tidy, and professional environment. In addition, you will oversee landscaping projects and coordinate workers and contractors to bring the vision to life. Duties Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of external grounds, landscaped areas, and access points Mow, trim, prune, and weed to ensure lawns, garden beds, and pathways are tidy and wellkept Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently Conduct inspections of irrigation systems and report faults or leaks as needed Apply herbicides or insecticides in line with safety and environmental standards Uphold all workplace health and safety procedures and use PPE appropriately Skills & Experience Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work Confident using mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other garden equipment Knowledge of basic plant care, lawn, and landscape maintenance Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and professional site presentation Understanding of WHS practices and willingness to follow site and biosecurity protocols Desirable Horticulture qualification ChemCert accreditation Experience in agricultural settings Current drivers licence Culture & Benefits Join a friendly, peoplefirst team where your contribution truly matters Enjoy a lively social calendar with regular catchups and team events Celebrate achievements through the reward and recognition program Enjoy an amazing employee benefits program, including wellbeing and lifestyle perks Excellent working environment with a modern, openplan workspace Develop your skills and direct your career with professional development support How to Apply Click APPLY to submit your application, including a cover letter and CV, in one document in Microsoft Word only.
