Highperformance AC and DC chargers Smart backend platforms for load control, billing, and remote monitoring Battery Energy Storage System Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations including sales and profit target achievements and budget management. Identify opportunities, develop market strategies, manage pipeline, and lead commercial negotiations for new projects. Act as the primary contact for clients, contractors, utilities, regulators, industry partners and internal teams, resolving conflicts and managing expectations. Provide market intelligence on industry trends, regulatory developments, competitors and customer requirements to guide product and service strategy. Collaborate on grid connection approvals, technical specifications, system integration, and performance optimization. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver on business goals and project timelines. Provide timely reports to stakeholders and leadership on project performance. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent. Electrical Engineering, Business Management, or related fields. Over 5 years of experience in business development in energy storage, EV charging or renewable energy industry. Strong knowledge of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and the renewable energy industry. Good industry network. Proven track record of driving new business and closing sales especially in BESS. Project management, crossfunctional coordination and execution skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Chinese proficiency an advantage. Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Positive and proactive with a solutionoriented mindset. Full Australian work rights. Willingness to travel as needed.
