About Us ASSISTANCE DOGS AUSTRALIA (ADA) is a growing and globally respected national not-for-profit organisation that values its team members and is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We are currently seeking a talented Partnerships Coordinator to join our philanthropy team and play a key role in supporting our overarching strategy. Our dogs are expertly trained to support people with physical disabilities, PTSD and children with Autism and are internationally accredited to the highest standard. We also provide a range of services such as dogs in animal assisted programs, education and facility support both in schools and correctional centres. About the role As our Partnerships Coordinator (Partnerships, Grants and Community), you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate partners, clubs, and community organisations, ensuring all partnership commitments are delivered to a high standard. Youll also identify and build new relationships with company foundations and grant-giving bodies to grow future funding opportunities. This dynamic role also includes assisting with the planning and delivery of events and initiatives that engage our partners and drive fundraising success. You''ll work closely with internal teams across marketing, communications and operations to bring partnership activations to life. Key Responsibilities for our Partnerships Coordinator (Partnerships, Grants and Community) Manage and grow a portfolio of existing partnerships, ensuring mutual value and impact. Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities with corporate foundations and grantmakers. Support the delivery of fundraising events and partner activations. Coordinate partnership reporting, KPIs, and impact data collection. Prepare and deliver presentations and updates to external stakeholders. Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership commitments. Act as the main point of contact for partners and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and relationship management. About you & your experience Were looking for a team player whos passionate about creating partnerships that deliver real impact. Youll bring strong communication and organisational skills and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities while building relationships across sectors. Youll ideally have: 24 years'' experience in partnerships, fundraising, or stakeholder engagement roles. Experience working with corporate or community partners, grant bodies, or foundations. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong organisational and project management capabilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership reporting (e.g. Salesforce or similar). Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Access to a car and the ability to travel to ADA locations (Orchards Hills NSW, Waterfall NSW and Partners). Tertiary qualifications in business, philanthropy, marketing or a related field (desirable but not essential). You must hold FULL working rights in Australia and an unrestricted driver''s licence. May already have or happy to provide both an NDIS Workers Screening Check & Working with Children''s Check.
