Permanent/Continuing, full-time appointmentLevel 6/7: $94,998 - $117,633 + 17% Superannuation The Future Students and International Engagement Division at the University of Wollongong (UOW) plays a pivotal role in shaping the student journey from first enquiry through to enrolment. Operating within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Growth and Global) portfolio, the division is dedicated to delivering exceptional services and experiences for prospective students across UOWs Australian campuses. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Future Students Service Centre Manager to lead the coordination and management of UOWs primary contact centre for future student enquiries. This role is responsible for overseeing inbound service and outbound sales operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and conversion activities that support student recruitment, events, and communications. Reporting to the Associate Director, Engagement and Conversion, the Future Students Service Centre Manager will foster a culture of continuous improvement, drive innovation, and embed a student-centred approach across the team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational management, and data-driven decisionmaking skills, with the ability to set and deliver against KPIs in a high-volume, fastpaced environment.
