Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day operations of theclinicincluding stock management people management and rostering and maintaining client records Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture Ensuring that monthly KPIs are met Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses Qualifications A Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing Experience in team management - either as a head nurse or practice manager! Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to provide coaching for team members An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures Great communication and customer service skills A friendly team player attitude Strong business acumen and organisational skills Experience with Rx Works preferred but not essential If this sounds like you Apply Now we want to hear from you!
