The opportunity Delaware North Australia is hiring a Project Lead - Financial Crime to join our compliance team at our Melbourne Head Office in Docklands. As Project Lead, you will enhance compliance initiatives by managing and delivering strategic projects with a focus on execution, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently. Plan and manage projects end-to-end, including schedules, resources, budgets, financials, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards Lead cross-functional teams, delegate tasks effectively, and apply project management best practices and methodologies Monitor and track project performance, adjusting execution as needed and analysing progress toward short- and long-term goals Engage and manage stakeholders, serving as the primary communication point between teams, leadership, and external parties Support strategic portfolio management, report to leadership, and drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations More about you Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, ideally in gaming, hospitality, or other highly regulated industries Strong project management expertise with proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology teams Solid understanding of IT project financials, including CapEx and OpEx, and experience presenting to executive leadership Relevant degree in business, project management, or a related discipline; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred Self-motivated, independent, and capable of driving initiatives forward The application period will close on 11/01/2026, unless a suitably qualified candidate is identified sooner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
