Pay RangeA$149,739.00/yr - A$173,174.00/yrResponsibilitiesManage and oversee triage advisors and team leaders to deliver consistent, high quality triage, assessment and verification activities aligned to the application of SafeWork NSW''s triage framework.Lead and drive the expansion of and delivery of frontline support and advice for matters related to psychological risk and harm.Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures, and ensure timely and fair resolution of regulatory matters.Manage the delivery of high level administrative and governance support for key operational functions of SafeWork NSW ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and contributing to enhanced regulatory intelligence and operational effectiveness.Build a high performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, and capability development.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen integrated regulatory responses.Monitor triage volumes, trends, and emerging issues to support regulatory intelligence and informed decision-making.Contribute to national approaches and best practice in WHS triage and incident notifications.QualificationsStrong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and triage processes.Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships.Ability to leverage technology and data systems to improve workflow efficiency and regulatory performance.Resilience and adaptability in a high-volume, dynamic environment.Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant professional or industry experience.Application InformationApplication closing date: Monday, 5 January 2026 (9:59AM).
