You bring the maturity to operate confidently at board and executive level, and the pragmatism to lead a compact, capable team through a period of structured uplift and renewal.Youll have:Proven experience leading endtoend technology strategy and execution within a complex, regulated or financial services or FinTech environment.Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams across software development, infrastructure and data.Demonstrated success modernising legacy platforms and embedding disciplined engineering, governance and delivery frameworks.Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management and regulatory compliance (ASIC, AUSTRAC, ISO 27001).Credibility and confidence engaging with boards, auditors and external technology partners.Whats on offerA senior executive appointment with full leadership visibility, board exposure and the mandate to shape Infocus technology future.
