Collaborative, values driven team with supportive leadershipEnjoy flexible work options (we recognise that good work can be done in many ways)Attractive salary and salary packaging opportunitiesPaid Parental Leave for eligible employeesCelebrate your birthday with a paid day offBoost your retirement savings with Comlink matching your voluntary super contributions up to 1%Access our Employee Assistance Program to help support you through lifes challengesGrow your skills with paid training and continuous learning and development opportunitiesAbout the roleAs our Quality & Compliance Partner, youll be a key connector between our Quality & Compliance functions and Operational teams, working collaboratively to champion continual improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.ResponsibilitiesEmpower care teams with the skills and knowledge to meet compliance and quality standardsProvide training and guidance on managing feedback and incidentsIntegrate identified improvements into the Continuous Improvement (CI) processSupport audit and compliance activities, ensuring audits are tracked to completion and learnings are actionedMaintain the registers used by the Quality and Risk team as living documents by following up actions and ensuring all entries are accurate and actionedMonitor document management processes across business units, assisting with version control and document accessibilityFoster a culture of ongoing learning and improvement throughout the organisationNote that some occasional travel may be required to conduct site audits and training sessions as required.QualificationsRelevant experience and/or formal studies in quality management, compliance, internal auditing, document management preferably within the aged care, health, or disability sectorsDetailed knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of Approved Aged care Providers, including Quality management, Funding compliance, Accreditation requirements, and risksCoaching skills with the proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and support geographically dispersed teamsProven ability to effectively manage projects, plan work, set priorities, and adapt to emerging needs, while maintaining great attention to detailInitiative and critical thinking skills; bringing innovative ideas to improve quality performance and efficienciesReady to make an impact?Be creative!
