Our team prides itself on delivering a warm, professional, and guest-focused experience.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee the efficient daily operations of the hotel, covering front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments. The role involves supervising and developing staff to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction, while managing financial performance, budgets, and cost control to meet organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all hotel operations, including reservations, front office, housekeeping, room service, maintenance, and food & beverage, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high performance and exceptional guest experiences.Plan, supervise, and manage bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities to maximize revenue.Monitor budgets, expenses, and purchasing, ensuring financial control and profitability.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including liquor, gaming, health, and safety regulations.Assess customer satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and provide guests with local tourism support.Develop strategic plans for long-term growth, operational improvement, and market competitiveness.Necessary Skills and QualificationsMinimum qualification is a diploma or equivalent.Proven experience as a Hotel Manager in the hospitality industry (min. 5 years preferred).Proficiency in PMS systems (RMS, Opera or similar) and Microsoft Office.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays as required.Professional presentation and a positive, motivated attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
