Belgravia Leisure is seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Manager to manage and develop the team at Whitlam Leisure Centre. Lead a large, multipurpose facility in Sydney''s vibrant southwest, delivering outstanding programs and services that enhance community health and wellbeing. About the Role As Centre Manager, youll be fully accountable for the centres operations, financial performance, and program delivery. Youll drive exceptional customer service, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure safety, inclusion, and engagement across all programs and services. Key Responsibilities Leading and developing a highperforming, communityfocused team of 180 staff. Overseeing financial, operational, and riskmanagement outcomes. Driving participation across aquatic, fitness, gymnastics, stadium, and community programs with several thousand members annually. Building strong relationships with Council and key stakeholders. About You Strong leadership skills with accountability for medium to large teams. Good business acumen with proven operational and financial management skills. Qualifications or experience in sports management, business, or equivalent. Knowledge of health and safety legislation and local government processes.
