Our focus on transparency and building lasting relationships with individual farmers sets us apart in the industry. * Responsibilities Business Development Set business development goals and build meaningful industry relationships. Meet sales targets in collaboration with our wholesale and marketing teams. Warehouse Duties Pick and pack coffee orders, working with the production and warehouse team. Deliveries Coordinate and execute delivery of coffee orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery for wholesale and retail customers. Inventory Management Manage inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing waste. Content Creation Collaborate with wholesale customers to create engaging videos, photos, and stories for social media. Must demonstrate competency in creating social media content using smartphone photography and basic video recording techniques. Work with social media managers to ensure content aligns with strategic guidelines. Environmental Sustainability Contribute to efforts in reducing environmental impact, focusing on coffee packaging and waste management. Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, and Production teams to achieve common goals. Stay updated with industry trends to enhance processes and support sales growth. REQUIREMENTS Essential Qualifications: Sales experience and demonstrated coffee industry knowledge are absolutely essential requirements for this position. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the coffee industry, with proven results in outbound sales and a strong grasp of social media and content creation. Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for coffee, sustainability, and sales. Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards across all processes. Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and effective communication with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing production demands and dispatch schedules.
