What You Will Do Partnerwith clients, assess their business challenges and provide guidance and insight to ensure a best-fit technology solution is determined. Grow a group of Engineers : connecting regularly to provide professional development, career guidance, and development opportunities. You will work with local markets to drive capability-specific opportunities and manage teams to deliver outcomes for our clients. Act asthe capability lead as aligned to individual markets helping market leaders understand slaloms build strategy while providing pursuit support. Co-leaddiscovery and delivery project phases alongside other capability leaders. Collaborate with delivery managers and other capabilities toright-size the work effort required for a solution. Work with our highly skilled Slalom teams to design and developstate-of-theart outcomes. Design, document, and develop outstanding, modern applicationsusing the full spectrum of technologies and design patterns. Assist with estimating work efforts required for each phase of aproject. Work on POC projects with cuttingedge technologies. What You Will Bring Significantbreadth and depth in architecture, development, and implementation of software products. You have an acute understanding of the needs of client business and technology leaders and able to help them articulate their needs in order to best formulate a pursuit plan. You are able to tune your collaboration style adapting to clients and team members who have different ways of working together. Recent handson experience using modern programming languages. Ideally, you''ll have worked with any of JavaScript, React, Python, Java, NodeJS, Go or Spring. Experience leadingdevelopment teams through everyday project tasks and collaborating across multiple functional / technical teams to deliver a project. Skilled in cloudarchitecture including Amazon Web Services (AWS) / Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). An indepthunderstanding of, and experience with, Agile project management methodologies. A strong background inrelational databases, such as SQL Server / DB2 / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL. Practical knowledge andunderstanding of RESTful service design.
