This senior operations role oversees all logistics functions across e-commerce, wholesale, inventory, 3PLs and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a handson leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment, brings strong operational discipline, and has proven experience delivering accuracy, efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experience through their team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Logistics Leadership Lead all logistics operations across e-commerce, dropship and wholesale channelsManage and develop logistics, warehouse, pick & pack and customer service teamsPlan staffing, onboarding, training and performance management for permanent and casual team membersCreate efficient workflows and continuously improve operational processes Customer Service Oversee all customer service operations and ensure highquality customer communicationsRecruit, train and manage customer care staffEnsure timely responses, issue resolution and alignment with brand tone and expectationsManage customer care systems and processesAnalyse customer service performance and implement improvements to elevate experience eCommerce & Dropship Fulfilment Ensure all ecommerce orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on timeManage international and domestic returns via 3PLs, ensuring quick and accurate restockingMaintain accuracy of shipping, duty and tax settings across online platformsOversee dropship order fulfilment and compliance with partner requirements Wholesale Logistics Oversee accurate, timely fulfilment of global wholesale orders in coordination with production Ensure all shipments meet retailer compliance standards and booking/delivery windows Prepare freight, customs and compliance documentation for international and domestic shipments Manage landed wholesale orders through international 3PL partners Inventory & Warehouse Management Maintain ERP accuracy across all channels Oversee physical stock organisation and warehouse layout to maximise efficiency Conduct stocktakes and investigate discrepancies Manage OH&S compliance for warehouse and logistics environments Freight & Carrier Management Manage domestic and international freight partners Ensure competitive pricing, including benchmarking and negotiating improved terms of a regular basis Resolve shipping issues swiftly and professionally Review freight invoices and ensure cost control Maintain smooth internal distribution of mail and courier deliveries Leadership & Management Team Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to operational planning, problemsolving and crossfunctional decisionmaking Provide clear leadership across logistics, fulfilment and customer service, ensuring high performance and accountability Partner closely with Production, Finance, Marketing and Sales to support companywide objectives Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency, accuracy and customer experience across all channels Lead, coach and mentor team members to build capability, confidence and operational excellence Drive continuous improvement through data, insights and proactive system enhancement Represent the logistics and customer experience functions in management meetings, planning sessions and strategic reviews PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Strong leadership and people management capability Highly organised, reliable and highly detailoriented Excellent communication skills Calm under pressure with strong problemsolving ability Commercially aware with a focus on cost efficiency Able to work independently and collaboratively Driven, proactive and solutionsfocused LOCATION Alexandria, Sydney. #J-18808-Ljbffr
