We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Quality Officer to join us in a casual capacity (812 hours per week).This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, continuous improvement, and quality systems, and is confident working autonomously in a small but growing team.You will be responsible for overseeing all compliance and quality functions including :Internal audits aligned with NDIS Practice StandardsMaintaining staff compliance & training records (WWCC, NDIS worker screening, competencies, refresher training)Quality Management System maintenanceUpdating policies and proceduresManaging incident and reportable incident processesOverseeing the complaints management systemMaintaining risk registers (participant & organisational)Maintaining the Continuous Improvement RegisterEnsuring audit evidence is current and accuratePreparing monthly quality & risk reports for the DirectorThis is a key role that directly supports the organisation''s compliance, governance and service safety.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled internal audits and prepare audit evidenceAnalyse incidents, complaints and risks; elevate where requiredMaintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and registersReview and update quality policies and proceduresMonitor staff training, competencies and screening complianceImplement and track quality improvement initiativesAssist in preparation for midterm and recertification NDIS auditsAbout YouYou are detailoriented, organised, and confident working independently.You enjoy quality systems and understand the importance of compliance in the NDIS sector.Experience in NDIS compliance, quality, governance or auditing.Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards & Quality Indicators.Experience with incident, complaints and risk systems.Ability to conduct internal audits and prepare evidence.Strong policy and documentation skills.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.Experience with highintensity supports or clinical environments.Experience preparing organisations for NDIS audits.Qualifications in community services, disability, health, or quality management.$55$65 per hour + super (depending on experience)Flexible work hoursspread your time across the weekWorkfromhome flexibilityGrow with a supportive organisationLead the compliance function and make meaningful impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
