Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Lending Administrator / Team Leader to join our Lending team based in our Surfers Paradise office. The Role As the Senior Lending Administrator / Team Leader, youll take ownership of the day to day lending administration function, actively processing loan applications while also providing support and guidance within the team. Youll work closely with the Senior Mortgage Broker and Director to deliver an exceptional experience for a wide variety of clients, including personal, self-employed, and SMSF borrowers. Youll also help mentor a junior team member and play an integral role in shaping the future growth of the lending administration team. Your responsibilities will include Managing your own client files from application through to settlement Submitting and processing loan applications across multiple lenders Conducting product comparisons, borrowing capacity assessments, and lender servicing Ensuring compliance with lender policy, regulatory obligations, and Best Interest Duty requirements Liaising with clients, brokers, and lenders to collect documentation, manage progress, and resolve queries Maintaining accurate and up to date client records within the CRM Providing training, mentoring, and workflow support to a junior lending administrator Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and client experience About You A minimum of 3 years experience in lending administration or loan processing (essential) Strong understanding of residential, self-employed, and SMSF lending processes Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication, with a client first mindset The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and confidence A proactive and solutions focused approach, with a genuine interest in mentoring others A values driven mindset aligned with our team culture Why Join Us?
