Summit Homes Group is seeking an experienced and driven Area Manager to join our New Homes Construction team.As an Area Manager, youll take ownership of multiple new home construction sites within your allocated region, leading and mentoring a team of Site Supervisors to deliver high-quality builds on time, within budget, and to Summits renowned standards.In this role, youll work closely with your Construction Manager and internal stakeholders to drive construction performance, streamline processes, and build strong relationships with trades and suppliers. Your ability to plan, problem-solve, and lead with people at the centre of your decisions will be key to your success.About YouYoure a natural leader with hands-on experience in residential new home construction. You understand the demands of building from the ground up and know how to guide your team through challenges with confidence, care, and attention to detail.Youre solutions-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
