Youll champion The Grove Academys values and be the key figure in building strong relationships with children, families, and the team. Key Responsibilities Managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with all regulations Leading and mentoring a passionate team of educators Building strong connections with families and the community Driving excellence in educational practices and the overall centre experience Creating a positive, inspiring, and dynamic environment for all Skills & Experience Were looking for an experienced and passionate leader to take on this vital role.
