Key Responsibilities Help to develop the next generation of leaders in our stores by training and coaching team members to be their best. Qualifications Experience leading teams, preferably in a customerfacing environment. Topnotch communication skills to inspire teammates and delight customers. A professional and responsible approach to every situation. Ability to work independently and oversee the execution of ALDI policies and procedures.
