This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Theatre Manager or Nurse Leader ready to take the next step into a Director of Nursing position.Overseeing a premium day surgery facility, you''ll be supported by an experienced executive team and empowered to lead a highly skilled clinical workforce. This is a long-term leadership opportunity where you''ll play a key role in shaping the growth strategy and continuing to raise the bar in surgical excellence.The RoleAs the Director of Nursing, you will provide handson clinical leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management of the surgical unit on site.
