You Will Bring The desire to deliver high-quality preschool education. Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF). Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011). A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Teaching qualification as approved by the Australian Childrens Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) Completed an approved child protection Statement of Attainment Hold CHCPRT025 - Identify and respond to children and young people at risk (or willingness to obtain). Current NSW Working With Children Check and First Aid (including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis) (HLTAID012 - in an education and care setting) Food handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Current PRODA registration identification number (or willingness to obtain) Current Australian Drivers License. Criminal Record Check (arranged by Intereach). Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the service. Establish and embed a high-quality, innovative educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Build a positive team culture and mentor educators in best practice. Foster strong relationships with families and community stakeholders.
