Operating across 21 sites, the organisation is committed to highquality clinical care, professional growth, a collaborative workplace, and supporting a healthy balance between work and personal life. You will be based at a prominent teaching and research hospital, central to the education of future health professionals and the advancement of healthcare through cuttingedge research. As a Consultant Psychiatrist within the Rehabilitation Services team, you will provide recoveryoriented care for consumers with complex mental health needs in a fully secure rehabilitation unit. This unit offers a safe, structured environment alongside programmes designed to support reintegration into the community. In this role, you will lead and provide expert clinical direction for the Rehabilitation Services programme. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional psychiatric care, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams, and actively engage in research and teaching. Additionally, you will advocate for and implement recoveryfocused strategies for individuals with complex mental health needs, both within the secure unit and the broader community.
