Your Role This is your chance to be the Fulltime Store Manager of a brand new Vinnies store opening on the shores of Terrigal Beach, one of the Central Coast''s coolest, coastal neighbourhoods. Were on the hunt for a motivated, energetic leader whos passionate about fashion, sustainability and creating meaningful customer experiences. Driven by sales targets and KPIs and a natural people leader, you will have the skills to win big on all levels. As the face of the store, youll bring the energy, drive the atmosphere and lead a passionate team in delivering real impact every day. Your Responsibility Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing and placement Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community Rolemodelling a ''safety first'' culture in store Use the companys mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store You Will Need Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or highvolume retail Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense Strong focus on customer experience Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets Apply Now If this sounds like you, dont waitapply now, we are interviewing applications as we receive them.
