Senior Staff Specialist or Staff Specialist Older Adult Psychiatry, Queensland Health Temporary parttime opportunity to provide clinical care and treatment within a multidisciplinary clinical team and administrative and educational services to older consumers and staff in Metro North Mental Health (MNMH). About the role Provide clinical leadership, attend team review meetings, supervise junior staff, ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act 2016, maintain accurate clinical documentation and statistics, provide written reports, and support educational services. About you Clinical leadership experience and ability to work with Nurse Unit Manager / Team Manager for smooth service operation. Experience attending team review meetings and education sessions. Experience supervising teaching to registrar, junior medical staff, medical students and other professional staff. Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 2016 compliance requirements. Ability to maintain clear accurate clinical documentation including statistical and clinical data collection and entry for CIMHA and ieMR. Ability to provide written reports as required.
