This role plays a critical part in supporting dragline operations and delivering efficient, safe, and cost-effective outcomes. As a Stanmore Dragline Engineer, you will: - Develop and maintain execution and concept level dragline plans. - Optimise dragline operations to improve productivity and efficiency of mining sequences. - Collaborate closely with production, technical and maintenance teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency. - Prepare and review dragline designs to support the mine plan. - Monitor compliance with plans and designs, and implement corrective actions where required. - Analyse performance data and support operational decisionmaking. - Work at one of the best sites in the Basin. About You: - Relevant experience in opencut coal mining operations, with exposure to dragline planning and operations. - Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. - Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mining or Civil) or equivalent. - Understanding of key productivity and cost drivers in dragline operations. - Proficiency with mine planning software such as3DDig,Deswik,Vulcan, andSPRY. - Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
