About the Role Bio Gro is currently looking for a Site Labourer to join the team at our Wandilo, South Australia site. The successful applicant will provide support to the Site Manager, Production Supervisor and staff in maintaining the site and production performance. Responsibilities - Manual decontamination of green waste delivered to site. - Maintenance of green waste unloading area. - Ensure site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness, actively removing contamination, paper, plastic and weeds. - Report any necessary maintenance or safety issues directly to the Site Manager Wandilo. About You - Ability to work in a team environment to collaboratively achieve results. - Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work. - Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure. - Professional, resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. - Demonstrates initiative and can handle workplace pressure while maintaining stable performance and morale.
