This role is hands-on and collaborative, working across teams to coordinate logistics, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of key initiatives. Youll report to Adrian and play a central role in planning, tracking, and transitioning services, while keeping everything aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of multiple technology and workspace projects, including:(Windows 10 to Windows 11 SOE refreshDevice refresh as part of Windows 11 SOE refreshMeeting room upgrades across our officesMigration from Serraview to Cisco SpacesImplementation of new Visitor Management System)Manage project planning, scheduling, and service transition activitiesCoordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendorsTrack project progress, financials, and benefits realisationPrepare and present updates to the Project Steering Committee (PSC)Oversee communications, stakeholder engagement, and change managementUse JIRA boards to manage tasks, timelines, and team coordinationSkills & ExperienceStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in project delivery, coordination, or change managementFamiliarity with JIRA and agile delivery toolsExcellent time management and scheduling abilitiesUnderstanding of technology environments and service transitionAbility to manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationshipsIf you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.We offer a range of flexible working options, so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests.
