Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeA$90,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yrDirect message the job poster from Groupe SEBMaintain expert knowledge of the Linen Care category and be the ambassador of this category in regard to consumers insights, competitors products, functions and benefits.Work with strategic business units and the international market manager to propose new product launches and portfolio optimisation.Liaise regularly with the Groupe SEB head office in France, so fluency in French is an advantageLeverage category, consumer & product insights to develop compelling Go to Market plan including pricing, promotion, assortment and channel distribution informed recommendations.Annual marketing plan development to achieve revenue, margin and market share targetsWorking collaboratively with the Digital & Trade marketing team, execute all product launches and portfolio animations following stage gate process including business case, Go-No Go, pricing validation, trade presentation, development of activation tools like POS material, consumer promotions and key messages for BTL/ATL briefsBuild dedicated launch or activation plans for major customers working in collaboration with the sales team.MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:Degree in international business, Marketing & E-Commerce2+ years experience in the Linen Care category.French speaking an advantageUnderstanding of Global Appliances development processes, and D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) strategy and execution.Strong aptitude in MS-Office, in Business Intelligence tools such as Qlik Cloud Analytics, and in Market Intelligence such as GFK data panels.Ability to develop complex strategies as well as lead the implementation plans. Capable of delivering both managerial and operational tasks.
