Our shared values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous.CPA have a number of vacancies for experienced and motivated Disability Support Workers to support clients within our group homes across the West Pennant Hills area!We have great weekly rosters available - lots of hours across a variety of shift times.Your Duties Will IncludeSupporting clients to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for the clients and their individual needs.Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling using a variety equipment and aids.Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars.Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.Being part of a fun and dynamic team.RequirementsDemonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers.Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, awake overnights and weekendsLived experience or experience working with people with disabilitiesA current NSW Driver''s License (P2 minimum).Local to the Northern Beaches region.We OfferAttractive hourly rate + Super + Penalty Rates.$100 per year Well-being Allowance to treat yourself!Discounted gym membership for you and your family, using Fitness Passport.Employee Assistance Program.Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support.Join an industry leader and high performing team.Specialist training opportunities.Buddy shifts with CPA''s experienced Disability Support Workers.Important InformationAt CPA the safety of our staff and clients is of paramount importance.
