Overview Performance Marketing Manager role at Brand Collective. Join our dynamic Digital team, reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing. The role will support and deliver digital marketing across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels for some of our biggest fashion brands. What youll be doing Liaise with Brand Marketing and Ecommerce teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and promotional activity. Liaise with the creative team to have optimal assets for campaigns. Campaign operations: executing advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels. Campaigns must be deployed on time and aligned to budgets. Reporting and data analysis to ensure campaigns meet or surpass key objectives and spend is optimised. Provide insights as requested by brands/ecommerce to assist in understanding customer segments, campaign effectiveness and inform future activity. Work with multiple stakeholders in a shared-service environment. Balance priorities across six brands with varying budgets and goals. Stakeholder expectation management. Collaborate with other members of the digital marketing team to share learnings and opportunities.
