Were practical, ambitious, and deeply invested in building better workplaces.This is a launchpad for someone early in their career whos excited by great design, commercial delivery and real-world projects.ResponsibilitiesQualify inbound leads and tender opportunitiesPrepare and support responses to RFIs, RFQs and proposalsManage pipeline data and communications in HubSpotLiaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholdersBook meetings, track actions and help deals move forwardOur challenge isnt just getting on spec its staying there. That means asking the right questions, listening closely, and engaging the right people at the right time.
