We''re looking for a handson Publican to lead this iconic venue and continue its legacy as one of Darwin''s bestloved destinations. A day in the life of a Publican You know the locals by name and they reckon you''re one of their own while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like it''s your own modernday home keeping things safe smooth and compliant. You''re the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a highperforming team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe the service and the smiles every shift every day. Inherent requirements This is a handson role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About you You already know if this is for you.
