What Were Looking For Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Experience working within an early years or nursery setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. Confident in safeguarding, behaviour management, and child development practices. Warm, positive communicator with a genuine passion for supporting young learners. Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment indoors and outdoors. Observe, assess, and record childrens progress in line with EYFS guidelines. Collaborate closely with your team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
