About the position Due to increased production demand, Goodwill Engineering is expanding its team to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer support. As an Assistant Supervisor, youll work hands-on with employees with complex support needs, guiding them through daily tasks, training, and personal development. Youll help set up and manage production processes, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial targets are met. This role is vital in maintaining continuity, reducing production errors, and supporting the onboarding of new employees with complex needs.
