Youll drive preventative maintenance programs, minimise downtime, and ensure critical farm infrastructure and equipment remain in peak condition.This role suits a handson, proactive leader who thrives in a fastpaced, seasonal environment where no two days are the same.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, support, and mentor maintenance and workshop teams across multiple farm locationsOversee mechanical servicing, repairs, and maintenance of all farm machinery, vehicles, and equipmentImplement and manage preventative maintenance schedulesCoordinate and prioritise breakdown responses to minimise operational disruptionManage maintenance budgets, parts inventories, and resource planningSupport and advise on capital improvements and infrastructure projectsEnsure all maintenance activities meet Work Health & Safety (WHS) and environmental standardsFoster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementWhat You BringTrade qualification in mechanical, engineering, or a related fieldProven leadership experience managing maintenance teams (agriculture or similar industries desirable)Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to support complex repairs when requiredExcellent communication, planning, and problemsolving skillsDemonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory complianceA collaborative leadership style with a cando attitudeCurrent Class C drivers licenceWhy this business?Youll join a dedicated team that values integrity, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
