Data Entry Consultant Veolia | Australia and New Zealand Join our dynamic team in Kilburn as a Data Entry Consultant where you''ll play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Experience functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage master data for new businesses, handle amendments, and process cancellations while providing exceptional customer service using cutting-edge systems like Salesforce. What''s on offer Full time permanent position Competitive salary package and benefits Supportive and collaborative work environment Professional development opportunities What you''ll be responsible for Maintaining quality and compliance processes for master data management Processing service agreements and managing cases via Salesforce Building and maintaining effective relationships across all CX pillars Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and maintenance Monitoring and maintaining master data quality to meet company standards What you''ll need to be successful 23 years'' experience in a contact centre or customer service role (B2B environment preferred) Strong proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and similar systems is desired Typing speed of 60 wpm with an accuracy level of 80% or more Experience in Google Suites Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment Great interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with internal and external stakeholders Veolias AlwaysSafe culture means that we care about the safety of people on our sites.
