Location: Edmonton, Southside CairnsHours: Flexible perfect for parents (school drop-off and pick-up friendly!)Experience: No experience needed full training provided About the Role Were looking for a handson, reliable person to join our team as a Shade Sail Maker / Fabricator. Youll work in our workshop assisting with the production of custom shade sails learning everything from measuring and cutting fabric to stitching and finishing sails ready for installation. If youve got a great attitude and are keen to learn, well teach you the rest! What Youll Do Measure, mark, and cut shade fabric to size Operate industrial sewing machines (training provided) Attach webbing, reinforcing, and fittings Assist with trimming, welding, and finishing edges Maintain a clean and organised workspace Support the team with general workshop duties Were Looking For Someone Who: Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn Has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work Works well in a small team and enjoys a good laugh Has reliable transport to get to our Edmonton workshop Has a positive, cando attitude no drama, just good teamwork About Us Were one of Cairns leading shade sail manufacturers with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
