Health Safety Environment Advisor ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is looking for a driven and experienced HSE Advisor to help drive the ISS safety culture and assist with the development and rollout of safety initiatives and training across a multisite contract with Defence across South Australia and Western Australia. What Youll Do: Lead and Manage: Implement and audit the HSE Management System and maintain sitespecific HSE Plans. Optimize Processes: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational performance, reduce costs, boost productivity, and attain KPIs. Drive Projects: Undertake and assist with incident investigations, prepare safety reports, manage HSE registers, and compile weekly/monthly HSE reports. Foster Team Success: Discuss, monitor and assist staff in safe delivery of onsite activities, provide technical HSEQ advice, deliver Safety and Toolbox Meetings. Ensure Compliance: Assist in implementing and monitoring returntowork programmes, focus on continuous improvement and implement initiatives to manage HSE risk. What Youll Bring: Relevant WHS qualifications (Certificate IV or higher). Knowledge of relevant State WHS and environment law and ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 Standards. Strong ability to lead and manage change and influence managers and stakeholders. Lead by example and model behaviours that underpin a constructive safety culture. Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Effective collaborator with excellent communication skills. Demonstrated experience in a WHS role in the resources, construction, facilities management or manufacturing sectors. Lead ICAM Investigator Certificate and experience in HighPotential/Serious Incident investigations. Strong influencing and communication skills (coaching and mentoring). Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence.
