We are currently seeking an experienced Safety Administrator to join our team and support the ongoing development and implementation of our IMS and HSEQ initiatives. About the Role Reporting to the HSEQ Manager, you will serve as a key support person for all administration matters relating to Safety. Key Responsibilities Format, structure, and control IMS documents in accordance with CPC procedures. Coordinate document reviews (procedures, plans, SOPs, and risk assessments). Manage and maintain the SharePoint document. Administer MYOSH, including user management, troubleshooting, and data reporting. Generate monthly HSEQ reports. Maintain records and registers as per IMS procedures. Mentor and train staff in the use of Myosh and SharePoint platforms. Assist with development of HSEQ documentation for tenders and contracts. Facilitate and record HSEQ meetings and minutes. Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of workers to site. Monitor training records, licenses and renewals to ensure compliance. Support administration of workers compensation claim records. What you will bring to the role Strong background in Safety Administration within construction, mining, engineering, or metal fabrication environments. Proven experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. Sound knowledge of WA Mines Safety and WorkSafe regulations, codes, and standards. Proficiency with Myosh and SharePoint systems. Excellent planning, organisational and problemsolving skills. Highlevel written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
