Geelong Grammar School is one of the worlds leading coeducational boarding and day schools offering exceptional education to all of its students from Early Learning to Year 12.About TimbertopTimbertop (approximately 245 students) is a boarding campus for all Year 9 students located near Mt Buller in Victorias. Teaching staff live on the campus and students spend the entire year at Timbertop taking part in hiking, recreational and community service activities.About the roleWe are seeking a Campus Business Manager Timbertop where youll be the driving force behind daytoday administration, facilities and business services. Working closely with senior leaders and managing a dynamic team youll ensure the campus runs smoothly and strategically. This position is offered on a permanent fulltime basis commencing December 8th 2025.Lead, Influence and Drive Campus ExcellenceAs Campus Business Manager youll oversee everything from financial governance and budget planning to facilities, grounds, catering and health services. Youll lead a multidisciplinary team, manage key service contracts and work closely with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and major projects. Your role will span planning payroll, timesheet oversight, procurement and compliance, ensuring smooth daytoday operations and longterm sustainability while playing a key part in staff engagement, risk management and emergency planning.About youTo be successful in this role you will need to be :Experience in business or financial administration including team budget and facilities management. A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience within the education sector would be an advantage.Strong organisational and multitasking skills across diverse functions.Proven leadership and team development capabilities.Effective written communication and report writing skills.Sound financial management and budget reporting experience.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise across all levels.Strategic thinking and analytical problemsolving ability.Skilled in workload planning and meeting deadlines.Basic understanding of retail and risk management.A current Victorian Drivers licence.Application informationApplications close at COB Friday 31st October 2025.
