Position Overview The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for all Ensign customers, focusing on achieving complete customer satisfaction and business retention. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with a diverse customer base and ensuring the financial, operational, and service performance of allocated accounts. The position requires a proactive approach to problemsolving and effective communication, as the Account Manager will frequently visit customers to address their needs and expectations. A solid understanding of the market and the capability to drive growth through account management are essential to success in this role. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. The role demands excellent organizational skills and a commitment to service quality. You are someone who gains satisfaction from helping customers Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise work in order to meet targets and strict deadlines and provide timely and accurate information to all stakeholders Your experience includes customer relationship management or account management in a B2B environment You have a strong work ethic, time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to show initiative and demonstrate good judgement. You are friendly and approachable with strong written and verbal communication skills. Industry experience gained in account management to the laundry, food or manufacturing industry would be an advantage. We require someone who is a team player and can contribute toward the overall success of our team. The position is a full time, Monday to Friday but will require some flexibility occasionally with hours.
